Young Olympians

For grades 5 to 8

Designed to introduce athletes to track and field events, this group spends time training (and competing) in a variety of both track and field events.

Junior Elite

Grades 9 & 10

This training group begins to focus on athlete development, specializing in one or two events. Off-day workout, nutrition, and mental training programs are slowly introduced.

Senior Elite

Grades 11, 12 and beyond

Athletes in the Senior Elite group focus on and train for specific events. Off-day workouts are compulsory, and nutrition and mental training are an important part of their daily workouts.

Master Elite

For Masters-level athletes

For athletes competing in the Masters series looking for a structured workout program and ongoing coaching.
